29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening is 6 feet or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches above the walking/working surface, was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system: (a) Anytime Mechanical LLC at 6762 N. Tower Road, Denver, CO 80247: On or before 3/30/2017, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee was protected from injury, in that employees working on floors one through four did not utilize a fall protection system when unloading bath tubs and shower pans that were being delivered through exterior wall window openings. The inside bottom edge of each window opening was 29 inches above the floor. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 10 to 40 feet.
