29 CFR 1960.9: Employer neglected its supervisory authority by not providing employees a place of employment that was free of recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause serious physical harm or death. Employer also failed to comply with the occupational safety and health standards applicable to their agency and with all rules, regulations, and orders issued by the head of the agency with respect to the agency occupational safety and health program. For the employees assigned to the MARID Team on or about March 21, 2017 and times prior there to, the supervisor of the MARID Team did not comply with Department of Army Pamphlet 385-64 when arming a damaged ordinance within the Fenced area of the Ammunition Supply Point.
