29 CFR 1926.28(a): Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions. At the North Entrance of Base Theater Building 1330 rehab project, an employee was using his bare hands while applying rapid set concrete during the touch up finishing of the exterior theater wall. The employee was exposed to caustic burns caused by direct skin contact with the rapid set concrete.
