29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about at 4/4/17 located at 66240 Westfallen Ovlk, Cumming, GA: Employee (s) were installing roofing shingles on the house that was under construction while working at the edge, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately 35- feet on the 9/12 pitch roof.    The employer has been made aware that the conditions violated a standard because the employer has been previously cited for violations of the same or similar fall protection standards.  F & C Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1213602, citation number 1, item number 1, and was opened on 2/27/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 4110 Westfall Ln., Cumming, GA.
