An employee sustained serious injuries while using the drill press exposed to the rotating chuck and drill bit. The Bridgeport drill press chuck and bit were not guarded exposing employees to serious hazards.     B. Multilink, Inc. located at 580 Ternes Ave., Elyria, Ohio: On or about December 1, 2016, the employer did not ensure employees were protected while operating the six Rigid and three Craftsman Drill Presses located in the Star Fighter Area. Employees using the drill presses were exposed to the rotating chuck and drill bit. The chuck and bit areas on the drill presses were not guarded exposing employees to serious hazards.
