29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59). a) 864 West Lake St, Skaneateles, NY 13152, on or about 2/6/17: An employee was exposed to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to: Corbond III-side A and Corbond III-side B containing but not limited to: Methylenediphenyl diisocyanate and diphenylmethanediisocyanate and were not provided with information and training in as specified in 29CFR1910.1200(h)(1) and (2).
