Information and training may be designed to cover categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals. 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employees were not trained on the physical, health, simple asphyxiation, combustible dust, and pyrophoric gas hazards, as well as hazards not otherwise classified, of the chemicals in the work area:  (a) On or about March 10, 2017 employees were exposed to asphyxiation hazards while filling empty cylinder with Johnsen's R134A in a supply room.  Employees had not been trained on the asphyxiation hazards associated with using Johnsen's R134A.
