29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: (a) Jobsite: On or about April 3, 2017, an employee was working (installing metal studs) from a mobile (Bakers) scaffold and none of the mobile scaffold's wheels were locked. The fall hazard to the employee was about 3 feet to the concrete floor.
