29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(ii): 1910.303(e)(1)(ii) Electrical equipment were not marked giving voltage, current, wattage or other ratings as necessary: On or about April 06, 2017 and times prior thereto, at the worksite located at or near 1910 Baldor Drive in Ozark, Arkansas, panel boxes were observed without voltage markings in the following instances: Instance a: The panel box located near the bay/receiving door in the cast iron room. Instance b: The panel box to the right of the panel-box labeled ZK0167 between Cyclone 2 and Cyclone 3 in the cast iron room. This condition exposed employees to shock hazards.
