29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about March 22, 2017 and times prior thereto, at the worksite located at or near 110 Bayonne Cove in Maumelle, Arkansas, employees were observed using pneumatic nail guns to install new shingles on an existing residential house without any eye protection. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.

The condition exposed employees to fall from height hazards.

This condition exposed employees to lack of a proper fall arrest system.
