DBA Great Lakes Motor Company - On or about April 6, 2017, and times prior thereto:  employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees required to use respirators. Employees were required to utilize Gerson brand 8200 tight-fitting, air purifying respirators during spray painting operations.
