Williams Highway, Maplewood Dental, Rehoboth Beach, DE - On April 3, 2017, the employer failed to ensure employees used fall protection while working on roofing activities, approximately 20 feet above the grade, exposing employees to falls. C & M Construction Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1132316, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on (08/17/2016 with respect to a workplace located at 18940 Coastal Highway, Rehoboth Beach, DE.
