The employees were observed on or about 04/05/2017.  (b) Employee doing carpentry work on an open sided balcony at the third floor of building 4 was exposed to a fall of approximately 30 feet (distance to the next lower level according to blueprints). The employee was observed on or about 04/05/2017.  (c) Employees doing carpentry work on the mailbox building were exposed to a fall of 9 feet (distance to the next lower level according to blueprints). The employees were observed on or about 04/05/2017.
