A continuing and effective extermination program was not instituted once their presence was detected.  On or about 6 April 2017, the employer did not implement an effective extermination program that prevented the presence of rodents where employees were conducting daily operations, exposing the employees to the hazards such as, but not limited to the contraction of viral and bacterial diseases from the inhalation and direct contact with rodent feces.
