29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about April 3, 2017, at the jobsite employees were observed installing roofing materials on a roof more than 6 feet above a lower level and were not wearing personal fall arrest and were using no other type of fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.
