29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: JOB SITE: 1525 Highway K, O Fallon, MO 63366, on or about 4/6/2017, on or about 4/6/2017, the employer failed to provide for frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, to help identify existing and predictable hazards while workers were on the roof. The Buffalo Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 657098, citation number 1 item number 1, issued on 10/10/2012, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/29/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 1200 West Church Street, Newark, OH 43055.
