On or about February 14, 2017, in Lot D, located at Turkey Hill Dairy in Conestoga, PA, a Rains & Sons truck driver, wearing dark clothing at night exited his vehicle to return to the yard office when he was struck by a yard jockey truck. The employer did not ensure that employees wore high visibility apparel while walking / working during hours of darkness in customer yards /lots. The employee was exposed to a struck-by hazards from a moving vehicle.
