29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about April 07, 2017, employees engaged in residential roofing operations on a two story house were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 10ft. from an approximately 10/12 pitch roof and the employer did not have a training program so that each employee could recognize the procedures to be followed to minimize and eliminate fall hazards during all phases of the operation.
