29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces: A) Propane Tanks - On or about April 10, 2017, a 30 inch high guard rail was installed around the propane tanks. In order to access the "Snappy Joe" valves on the western storage tank, drivers had to climb over the barrier, which exposed them to a tripping hazard.
