29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  (a) at the workplace - special knowledge was required to open the front exit door, in that, a combination lock was used to lock the chain on the front door after closing employees left, exposing the overnight employees to an egress hazard; observed on or about 4/7/17.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  (a) at the workplace - some employees did not receive hazard communication training where chemicals including, but not limited to, sanitizer, Spic & Span floor cleaner, glass cleaner, and Dawn dish cleaner were used; on or about 4/7/17.
