29 CFR 1926.352(e): When the welding, cutting or heating operation was such that normal fire prevention precautions were not sufficient, additional personnel were not assigned to guard against fire while the actual welding, cutting, or heating operation was being performed, and for a sufficient period of time after completion of the work to ensure that no possibility of fire existed:   At the jobsite located at 10501 W. 113th St., Overland Park, KS, employees engaged in construction activities in and around building 2 were exposed to fire and smoke inhalation hazards in that the following was not provided when normal fire prevention precautions were not sufficient:  a)  Employee(s) were not trained in the specific anticipated hazards associated with welding, cutting, and heating operations.   b)  Employee(s) were not provided training regarding the use of fire fighting equipment.  c)  The employer did not maintain a fire watch for sufficient period of time after the completion of work to ensure no possibility of fire existed.
