29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) At 2051 East University Dr. Auburn, Alabama: On or about April 11, 2017 and at times prior; the controlling employer Rycon Construction allowed a sub-contractor Cruz Masonry employee to operate an aerial lift without ensuring the employee was trained on fall protection to include but not limited to how and when to wear a harness exposing him to a fall hazard of 20.5 feet to the ground below.
