Violation observed on or about 04/11/2017. b) 181 Ridgedale Avenue, On the Inside, Madison, NJ. Workers were exposed to falls of 10 feet from the second to the first floor as the second floor hallway landing had no fall protection such as a guard rail system to protect workers. Violation observed on or about 04/11/2017.
