OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by/caught-in between hazards associated with operating elevated machinery: On April, 11 2017 at 4030 Smith Rd. Norwood, OH an employee was operating an aerial lift (Genie, Model S-85) in reverse with the boom/basket elevated/extended and struck a height level warning sign causing the employee to be caught in-between the sign and the control panel on an aerial lift (Genie Model S-85).
