29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or about April 8, 2017, and at times prior, the controlling employer, Elite Properties of America, Inc., d.b.a. Classic Homes, did not ensure that A Ramirez Construction LLC and other subcontractors, protected their employees from construction hazards including, but not limited to falling, struck-by, and electrical shock, in that their accident prevention program did not include frequent site inspections to prevent persistent and recurring hazards. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
