The employer did not demonstrate that is it infeasible and/or creates a greater hazard to use a fall protection system and did not develop and implement a satisfactory fall protection plan under 1926.502(k) in that the site specific plan did not address the installation of trusses and/or prove that use of fall protection or an alternate work method was infeasible and/or created a greater hazard.
