29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): The clearance between scaffolds and power lines shall be as follows: Scaffolds shall not be erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they or any conductive material handled on them might come closer to exposed and energized power lines.        a) Exterior Scaffold:  Employees working on a ladder jack scaffold that was placed less then 3ft from an energized electrical lines and exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard, on or about 4/12/17.
