29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      (a) On or about 4/11/2017 - at 7409 Gristmill Cir., Lot #3075, Mc Calla, AL 35111, an employee was exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 19.5 feet above ground level while installing shingles on a roof with an 8:12 pitch.
