29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 175 East Veterans Blvd. Building 5, Auburn, Alabama: On or about April 12, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from a high slope roof without using fall protection properly exposing them to a fall hazard of 20.10 feet to the ground below. b) At 175 East Veterans Blvd. Building 6, Auburn, Alabama: On or about April 12, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to work from a high slope roof without using fall protection properly exposing them to a fall hazard of 20.7 feet to the ground below.
