29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) On or about April 5, 2017 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to caught-in and/or struck-by hazards where a JET Drill Press, Model No. JDP-20MF, Serial No. 6090070 was operated in the maintenance room located at 4955 Tenth Avenue South, Grand Forks, North Dakota. (b) On or about April 5, 2017 and at times prior to that date, for the employees exposed to struck-by hazards where a 20 ton H-Frame Hydraulic Press was operated in the maintenance room located at 4955 Tenth Avenue South, Grand Forks, North Dakota.
