Employees were nailing shingles to the roof and were exposed to a fall hazards of 12 feet.

Braendel Services, Inc.; 2809 Pittsburgh Avenue, Erie, PA - On or about 4/12/17, and at times prior thereto, the ladder to gain access to a residential roof was not three (3) feet above the landing platform. The ladder was extended a little less than two (2) feet above the roof edge.
