On or about 4/11/2017 employees at the Harvest Village construction project were exposed to approximately 9' falls. Employees were engaged in framing activites near an unprotected stairwell opening.

Employees were engaged in framing activities without fall protection. Wimmer Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 971650, citation number 01, item number 02, and was affirmed as a final order on 05/16/2014, with respect to a workplace located at Harvest Village of Newington, Unit #5, Newington, CT 06111.
