29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the following:  Guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.     On or about April 12, 2017, a portion of the catwalk near Dock Door #4 was more than 4 feet above the lower level and was not protected.  Employees, that accessed this area in order to clear jams on the conveyor, were not protected from falling by a guardrail system, a safety net system or a personal fall arrest system.     Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
