29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures were not permanent, continuous, and effective. Drilling Site: On or about April 05, 2017, the mud logger's trailer OPR-11313 was not properly grounded to earth. This condition exposed the employees to electrical shock hazards. Oil Patch Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29CFR1910.304(g)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1044481, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/30/2015, with respect to a workplace located at Big E Rig No.4, 16.3 miles South of Pecos in Pecos TX. 79772.

The enclosures shall be weatherproof in wet locations. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
