Kensington Trace Subdivision, Lot #27, 1312 Elvaston Lane, Auburn, GA (Jobsite)- An Employee were exposed to struck-by hazard. Employees were in the process of cutting hardi-plank siding using a hand held saw, for the installation to the exterior residential home, without the use of eye protection, on or about 04/13/17.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a. Kensington Trace Subdivision, Lot #27, 1312 Elvaston Lane, Auburn, GA (Jobsite)- Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employees were installing hardi-plank siding to the exterior of the newly constructed residential home while working on a ladder jack scaffold approximately 17-20 feet from ground level, without utilizing a means of fall protection, on or about 04/13/17.
