29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walkingworking surfaces were not corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. If the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard must be guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired: (a) During the scheduled power outage for terminal #9 North bay door was opened leading to the ramp that at the end of it had a 13 inch drop off without being guarded and/or marked off (no traffic cones/berries or warning signs) where 2 forklifts were being operated, on or about 03/25/2017.
