29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy.  a) Packing Room - on or about April 13, 2017, employees performed tasks to include cleaning and maintenance of door opener, Supervac 1, Crypvac Bagger, Supervac 2, and Extended Shrink Tunnel, but the energy control procedures developed by the employer did not include specific procedural steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking, or securing the equipment.  b) Slicing Room - on or about April 13, 2017, employees performed tasks to include cleaning and maintenance of Trief Slicers and a Repak, but the energy control procedures developed by the employer did not include specific steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking, or securing the equipment.  c) Stitching Room - on or about April 13, 2017, employees performed tasks to include cleaning and maintenance of Dumper, Injector, Mascerator, Mixer, Pump, and Portable Mixer, but the energy control procedures developed by the employer did not provide specific steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking, or securing the equipment.   d) Raw Production - on or about April 13, 2017, employees performed tasks to include cleaning and maintenance of Large Tumbler, Mixer, Grinder, Bin Dumper 2, Small Tumbler, Bin Dumper 1, Tipper Tie Machines, VeMag, LP Stuffer, In Line Metal Detector, LP HVF-95, Bin Dumper 3, Auto Loader, Rapid Pak, and Shrink Tunnel, but the energy control procedures developed by the employer did not provide specific steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking, or securing the equipment.
