29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l) "AND AS REFERENCED BY THE NOTE CONTAINED IN 1926.602(d)" : (a) Jobsite, 200 Quinn Drive, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about April 13, 2017 employees who operate the Komatsu powered industrial truck had not been trained and evaluated by the employer as specified by paragraph(1).
