29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(ii): Employee(s) operating an aerial lift were not properly trained:   On or about April 11, 2017, at the Comfort Inn located in Houma Louisiana, the employer did not ensure that employee(s) who were in the raised basket of an aerial lift truck power washing the exterior of the hotel were properly trained on the safe operation of the aerial lift to include approach distances to energized lines and the use of a body belt while in the basket.

On or about April 11, 2017, at the Comfort Inn located in Houma Louisiana, the employee(s) who were in the raised basket of an aerial lift truck power washing the exterior of the hotel were not protected from electric shock hazards while operating aerial lift near overhead power lines.
