On or about April 18, 2017, 95 Leggett Street and BKM Buildings:  In the following instances, emergency safeguards were not in proper working order:  1.  95 Leggett Street Building:  The emergency exit door adjacent to a roll-up garage door leading to the loading dock of the neighboring suite and identified with an illuminated EXIT sign, was blocked by the placement of a box on a pallet.  2.  95 Leggett Street Building, Near Shipping Office:  The side hinged exterior door used as an emergency exit was not provided with an EXIT sign.  3.  BKM Building:  The EXIT sign over the side-hinged door adjacent to the first roll-up bay door was not illuminated.  4.  95 Leggett Street, Near Shipping Office:  A Kidde ABC portable fire extinguisher was wall-mounted and available for use but was not fully charged.  5.  95 Leggett Street and BKM Buildings:  Portable fire extinguishers mounted throughout the facilities had not been inspected within the past year.
