1910.28(b)(11)(ii): Each flight of stairs having at least 3 treads and at least 4 risers is equipped with stair rail systems and handrails as follows:  On or about April 12, 2017, Employees were exposed to a fall hazard, when accessing and exiting the stairs to the gang saws controls, because the stairs did not have one stair rail system with handrail on each open side.
