29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a) Worksite, Auto Processing area: Emergency eyewash was empty and had no fluid; on or about 4/14/17. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not to submit certification or documentation of abatement of this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
