In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.

29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): Safe access was not provided to scaffold platforms when the platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access: a) On or about April 17, 2017, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 22 feet where safe access to the landing surface of a scaffold platform was not provided. b) On or about April 17, 2017, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 16 feet where safe access to the landing surface of a scaffold platform was not provided. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
