29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material were not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On or about 04/10/17, in the maintenance shop, an employee turning stock with the use of a lathe (Carroll-Jamieson CO.) was exposed to amputation hazards in that special hand tools were not provided to allow the employee to distance his hands from the point of operation.
