29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location: 1604 Broadway Ave On or about 04/10/17 a) Employees were walking on and working on the steel beams of a demolished floor without using fall protection. On or about 04/11/17 and 04/12/17 b) Employees walking on steel beams and removing debris on the edges of the demolished floor without using fall protection.
