29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) On or about April 17, 2017, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not perform "effective" frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite that they controlled to identify, correct and/or eliminate hazards to which their employees and/or the employees of subcontractors were exposed. Hazards include but are not limited to, employees , employees using an unguarded table saw without the use of proper safety glasses, and/or exposure to overhead hazards without donning a hardhat. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
