29 CFR 1910.272(g)(1)(ii):  All mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment which presents a danger to employees inside grain storage structures shall be deenergized and shall be disconnected, locked-out and tagged, blocked-off, or otherwise prevented from operating by other equally effective means or methods.  (a)  Wenger Feeds, LLC - The floor and sweep augers were not locked out prior to the employee making entry to Silo Number 2; thus exposing the employee to contusion and amputation hazards, on or about April 13, 2017.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
