29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition: a) In the Drink Storage Area, on or about April 19, 2017 - The employer failed to keep the floor of the Drink Storage Area clean and in a dry condition. Water and gasoline leaked into the Drink Storage Area and puddled on the floor exposing employees to volatile organic compounds while stocking drinks.
