29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report to OSHA the hospitalization of an employee, after sustaining a serious injury as a result of a work - related incident within twenty-four (24) hours; a. Outside Yard at the North Warehouse/Chasis Parking Lot - On or about March 29, 2017, the employer did not report a hospitalization (24 - within twenty four hours) of an employee from a temporary agency (A.S.G. Staffing, Inc.), who was required to adhere "hazard warning labels" on-to a semi-trailer box container.
