29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    Outside Shredder Area and Inside the Plant:    1) The conveyor belt and pulley pinchpoint at the infeed conveyor for the Jomar Shredder was not adequately guarded.     2) A conveyor belt and roll pinchpoint leaving the Barclay Shredder ( output #1) was not guarded.    3) The conveyor belt and roll pinchpoints under the Barclay Shredder were not guarded.    4) The conveyor belt and roll pinchpoints of the infeed conveyor for the CM Shredder were not guarded.    5) The tail pulley of the sencon infeed conveyor of the CM Line was not guarded.     6) The tail pulley of the conveyor to the grinder was not guarded.     7) The conveyor belt and roll pinchpoint of the overs belt of the Jomars Line was not guarded.    8) The fuel conveyor belt and roll pinchpoint was not guarded.    9) The tail pulley of the overs for the CM Machine was not guarded.     10) The conveyor belt and roll pinchpoint of the A6 Line was not guarded.    11) The conveyor belt and roll pinchpoint of the infeed of the Barclay Line was not guarded.    12) The conveyor belt and roll pinchpoint of the cross belt of the CM Machine was not guarded.     13) The conveyor belt and roll pinchpoint of the input 2 conveyor of the Jomar Machine was not guarded.     14) The rotating shafts of the Jomar Shredder were not guarded.     15) The conveyor belt and roll pinchpoints of the output 1 of the Jomar Machine were not guarded.    16) Rotating parts of the outside Barclay Shredder were not guarded.     17) The cutting blades of the sidewall cutting machine and the tread cutter machine were not guarded.    18) The conveyor belt and roll pinchpoints of the conveyor belt for the sidewall operation were not guarded.
